Here, groups are basically national parties. For example, in the U.S. there are republicans and democrats, in Russia there were bolsheviks, in Germany there were Nazis, etc... Each party (group) here, has it's own advantage over another. There is no supreme group. The Governers group is for the governers of the NDF only, which is why it's a hidden group. Same thing with the Congress (Administrators) group, it's only for the congressmen of the NDF which is why that's also a hidden group. You can only join one party... so choose carefully!
